If you have any problems with your purchase, please, as a first step, get in touch and let me try to resolve it.
- Books damaged in transit or containing print-production errors may be replaced upon return of the damaged book
- I can’t accept returns of any books that have been dedicated (signed) to a particular person. These have been customised
- I can only accept return of pristine, unread books. If you need to return one, please do so in the original packaging using a tracked delivery service. Mark the package Returns and send to the returns address on the address label sent to you.
- Any returns shipping cost is borne by the buyer.
- If you are eligible for a refund, this will be back to your original payment method.
